Self-Care & Inner Fire

– a guided hypnotic journey for reignition

The world is loud right now.

There is always something demanding your attention. Bills. Responsibilities. Relationships. News headlines. Anxiety. Endless to-do lists and the growing pile of things you feel like you should be doing.

My guess is you’re doing a better job than you give yourself credit for.

Because these days, simply making it through with your sanity intact deserves a gold medal.

But let’s be honest—it often feels like it’s never enough.

There is always more to do.

More to fix.

More to worry about.

More to carry.

And all of this admirable surviving takes its toll.

Over time, many people become so focused on getting through life that they lose touch with what makes them feel alive.

The hobbies they once loved.

The dreams they carried.

The parts of themselves that felt curious, playful, creative, hopeful, or inspired.

Not because those parts disappeared.

Because they got buried.

Buried beneath responsibilities.

Buried beneath stress.

Buried beneath years of putting one foot in front of the other.

The good news is that your fire doesn’t need to be created.

More often, it needs to be uncovered.

Here are a few simple ways to start fanning the flames.

Do Something You Enjoy for No Reason

Not because it’s productive.

Not because it’s good for you.

Not because it helps someone else.

Simply because you enjoy it.

Even five minutes counts.

Keep One Small Promise to Yourself

Fire grows when trust grows.

Pick something small and achievable today, then follow through.

A walk.

A glass of water.

Ten minutes with a book.

Small promises kept become self-trust.

Spend Time With What Inspires You

Music.

Nature.

Prayer.

Art.

People who remind you who you want to become.

What you repeatedly expose yourself to matters.

Notice What Gives You Energy

Pay attention to the moments that leave you feeling more alive afterward.

Those moments are clues.

Your fire often returns quietly before it returns dramatically.

And sometimes the first spark is simply remembering that the brightest parts of you are still there.

If you’d like a little help reconnecting with those parts, I’ve created a guided hypnosis journey below.
